I thought this film was absolutely brilliant. The storyline was magnificent and the way the
characters are presented using mise en scene and characteristics, had been used significantly.
Although Hannibal is supposedly a serial killer himself, I found myself becoming quite fond of his
character and almost developing some sort of love for him, as he continued to help Clarice
throughout the film. After seeing this film, I plan to watch the next two following on from this film
as I am intrigued to find out how Hannibal became the way he is.

Media Opening sequence feedback

After showing our title sequence to the rest of the class, this is the feedback we recieved.

For the mise en scene we included into our sequence, the feedback we got back to how well it was executed, was good. They commented on the use of costume we coorperated, saying it was good and used appropriately to give the eery thriller atmosphere.

The use of camera angles and lighting had a good response as it was commented on being used sufficiently. Improvements to be made, would be to make the beginning part of our sequence lighter, to make the protagonist fully clear when she is running down the subway.

The feedback we recieved for the props and costume were exceptionally well. The costumes were very good, as you could tell the difference between the antagonist and the protagonist. This allowed the audience to be able to seperate them as individuals viewing them as completely different characters.

The location wasn't as successful, as the feedback we got back from the film, commented on not understanding why the film was set under the subway. This is very unstandable as we haven't filmed the rest of the footage, to add onto the beginning to explain why she is running away. This will be fully focused on.

We were told that the enigma was created very well. It gave an eery background of the unknown, giving the atmopshere on what is going to happen next. This could be improved to make the enigma more secretive, therefore to give the audience more of a challenge to unveal the mystery .

Vladmir prop comes into theory. This was a good feedback to get because we didn't believe that we had included it.

The narrative storyline recieved a very good atmosphere from the audience. Many people within the class wanted to know who the girl in the white nighty was, and why she was lurking beneath the ground. They also wanted to know if the other girl was dead, which meant they wanted to continue watching.

The equilirium is used well.

We got a few critisms for the sound as they thought it didn't time well with the filming. A part which stood out the most was the clip when I am running into the puddle in slow motion. After watching it back a few times, we have noticed it as a group, and have taken it into consideration for it to be a improvement made.

Good use of non- diegetic sound. It runs along side the filming nicely, and fits well with the appropriate clips it needs to be added into.

Overal, the feedback we got was very good. There are improvements to be made, which we have taken into consideration, in order to make our film at the best standard and quality that it can be at.
